Yankees' Masahiro Tanaka: Throws bullpen session Thursday

Tanaka (forearm) threw a bullpen session Thursday, Erik Boland of Newsday reports.

Analysis:

Tanaka felt good following Thursday's workout, but the Yankees have yet to say whether or not he'll start Saturday against the Orioles. Tanaka, who last pitched Sept. 21, has posted a 2.70 ERA and 1.16 WHIP over his last four starts.
