Cubs' Ben Zobrist: Not in Thursday's lineup

Zobrist is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Pirates.

Analysis:

Zobrist will rest for the second time in four games with manager Joe Maddon looking to get his regulars plenty of rest in advance of the postseason. Munenori Kawasaki will get the start at second base in Zobrist's place.
