Rays' Corey Dickerson: Stays hot with another homer Thursday
Dickerson went 1-for-3 with a solo homer in Thursday's 2-0 victory over the Yankees.
Analysis:
The slugger's 393-foot blast to right in the sixth provided the Rays with some breathing room and was Dickerson's third homer in the last four games. That includes round-trippers in two straight, with Thursday's bomb leaving him just one short of equaling the career-best 24 he'd hit back in 2014 with the Rockies. Dickerson's finest month of the season now sees him slashing .306/.315/.597 with six doubles, five homers and 13 RBI over 72 at-bats.
