Tigers' Justin Upton: Leaves Monday with undisclosed injury

Upton left Monday's game against the Twins after the third inning with an apparent injury, MLive's Evan Woodbery reports.

Analysis:

It seems that he injured himself on defense in the bottom half of the the third inning, but the exact nature of the injury is unknown. Tyler Collins replaced him in left field.
