Blue Jays' Russell Martin: Gets day off with Dickey pitching for Toronto

Analysis:
Knuckleballer R.A. Dickey is on the hill for the Jays in the series opener, so as usual, Martin will give way to Josh Thole behind the plate. Look for Martin to return to the lineup Tuesday.
