Giants' Denard Span: Exits Tuesday with stiff neck

He scored a run without recording a hit prior to exiting. Span missed a week with neck soreness back in early July, so it is concerning that the issue has crept back up. Consider him day-to-day until the team says otherwise. Gorkys Hernandez replaced him in center field.
