Upton now has a ridiculous five home runs over his past eight games, a big enough power surge to push his slugging percentage up from .374 to .408 in just over a week. He was off to a horrendously slow start, but Upton is now on pace to finish with 22 home runs, not far from last year's 26 -- a mark he can reach with ease if he remains anywhere near as hot as he has been over the past week-plus.
