Reds' Dan Straily: Drops Rangers for fourth straight win
Straily (10-6) pitched six scoreless innings, allowing just three hits and two walks while striking out five in Tuesday's win against the Rangers.
Analysis:
Straily continued his fantastic string of pitching performances with yet another quality start Tuesday, his ninth in his last 10 outings. The righty hasn't allowed more than three runs in a game since June while pushing his ERA down to 3.57, its lowest mark in more than two months. In Straily's last seven starts, he's 6-0 with a 2.30 ERA and 40 K's over 43 innings. He'll look to keep rolling when he toes the rubber Monday versus the Angels.
