Astros' Preston Tucker: Heading on rehab assignment Wednesday

Tucker (shoulder) will begin a rehab assignment at Double-A Corpus Christi on Wednesday, Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Analysis:

Houston didn't say how long Tucker's rehab assignment will be, but it appears that he's on track to be activated sometime next week. However, Tucker headed to the DL with a line of .164/.222/.328, so his time on the field will likely be limited when he returns.
