Phillies' Odubel Herrera: Smacks 13th homer in Friday loss
Herrera went 2-for-5 with a solo homer, a walk and two runs in Friday's 4-3 extra-inning loss to the Cardinals.
Analysis:
The blast was only Herrera's second of August and fifth overall since June 27. The 24-year-old has come back down to earth somewhat after a dynamic first half, but he's still slashing a solid .283/.365/.419 with 14 doubles, four triples, 13 homers, 42 RBI and 19 stolen bases on the season.
