Manager Dusty Baker said Murphy was removed from Friday's game against the Giants for precautionary reasons after his leg "tightened up," Mark Zuckerman of MASN reports.
Analysis:
Baker's comments seem to downplay Murphy's injury, which provides reason to believe he is dealing with only a minor setback. It remains to be seen if he will be in the lineup for Saturday's game, however.
