White Sox's Avisail Garcia: Not in lineup Friday

Garcia is out of the lineup for Friday's contest against Minnesota, Colleen Kane of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Analysis:

Garcia will be held out of the starting lineup for a sixth consecutive game as Justin Morneau takes over DH duties and bats fifth. Garcia's unproductiveness at the plate this month is a likely reason why he's been missing from the lineup card as he's gone just 7-for-37 (.189) in July.
