Reds' Zack Cozart: No active trade negotiations

The Reds aren't currently having any trade negotiations regarding Cozart, MLB.com's Mark Sheldon reports.

Analysis:

This doesn't mean that they are unwilling to trade Cozart, nor that they haven't previously had such negotiations, only that there's nothing stirring right now. Cozart essentially has repeated his 2015 pre-injury breakout, hitting .266/.318/.463 in 387 plate appearances. He's up to 15 homers now and could ultimately eclipse 20.
