Giants' Joe Panik: Will start rehab assignment Tuesday

Panik (concussion) will start a rehab assignment in Triple-A Sacramento on Tuesday, Amy Gutierrez of the Bay Area CSN reports.

Analysis:

Panik suffered a scare Thursday when he was held out of Sacramento's lineup, which caused concerns that he was suffering more concussion-like symptoms. However, it was subsequently reported that he was simply not feeling well. He has worked on the side since then, but will rejoin the lineup on his rehab assignment Tuesday.
