Royals' Yordano Ventura: Fine after leaving game Saturday

Ventura (ribs) said he isn't injured after taking an Adrian Beltre hit off the ribs, Christian Hardy of the Kansas City Star reports.

Analysis:

Ventura left the game in the fifth inning of Saturday's 7-4 loss to the Rangers. He and manager Ned Yost both said he will be "fine," but he should still be considered day-to-day until he makes his next start Thursday.
