Phillies' Maikel Franco: Leaves Friday's game with injury
Franco left Friday's game against Pittsburgh with an apparent injury, Meghan Montemurro of The News Journal reports.
Analysis:
Franco was hit in the wrist by a pitch in the first inning which could be the reason for his departure. While the wrist is usually a vulnerable area to get hit by a pitch, Franco managed to play the next two innings which indicates it's nothing too serious. Check back later for details concerning the injury.
