Twins' Kurt Suzuki: Out of lineup Friday

Suzuki is not in the lineup for Friday's game against the Red Sox, Mike Berardino of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Analysis:

He will head to the bench following five straight starts as Juan Centeno steps in to catch for Kyle Gibson. Suzuki is hitting well over .300 since the start of June, pushing his season line to .284/.322/.422, and at the catcher position where it's hard to find net-positive players that's nothing to scoff at.
