Blue Jays' Aaron Sanchez: Earns 10th win against Diamondbacks

Sanchez (10-1) allowed just one run on six hits with five strikeouts over seven innings in a win Tuesday over Arizona.

Analysis:

Sanchez now has six straight starts in which he allowed two or fewer runs. He continues to do it via the grounder, as he earned 12 groundouts against just four flyouts as he cruised to the victory Tuesday night. In those six aforementioned starts, Sanchez has allowed just two home runs. His 0.7 HR/9 ranks 16th in the league, which is particularly impressive considering he plays half his games at Rogers Centre.
