Dodgers' Trayce Thompson: Not in Sunday's lineup

Thompson is out of the lineup Sunday against the Pirates, J.P. Hoornstra of the Southern California News Group reports.

Analysis:

Thompson's playing time is directly related to the presence of Yasiel Puig, and over the four games that Puig has been back, Thompson has received two starts. He should still see enough at-bats to provide modest value in deeper formats, but the outfielder isn't doing fantasy owners any favors with his current 0-for-14 slump. For the time being, Thompson appears poised for a soft platoon in center field, as at-bats against right-handed pitching will not be guaranteed.
