Padres' Jon Jay: Out again Friday

Jay (arm) is not in the lineup Friday for the fourth day in a row, according to Jamie Ramsey of the Reds.

Analysis:

Jay will not start the series opener against the Reds as he continues to recover from the arm injury he suffered when he was hit by a pitch last Sunday. Travis Jankowski will receive another start in center field in Jay's place.
