Yankees' Starlin Castro: Tough day at the plate Sunday

Castro went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts in Sunday's loss to the Orioles.

Analysis:

Castro was one of the early season success stories on an otherwise struggling Yankee offense, but following a rough May, his slash line now sits at .249/.286/.407. The second baseman has still seen a bump in the power department with seven home runs, but otherwise his numbers fall more in line with the last few seasons rather than indicating the career resurgence they appeared to at first.
