Brewers' Ryan Braun: Held out again Monday

Braun (neck) remains out of the lineup for Monday's series opener against the Cardinals, reports Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Analysis:

Braun will sit out for the third day in a row as he continues to battle soreness in his neck. The Brewers have taken the cautious route with Braun all season, so he presumably remains day-to-day for the time being. Alex Presley will receive another start in left field in Braun's place Monday.
