Minnesota independent team honors Prince with purple uniforms

The legend of Prince will live on for at least one more night in his home state of Minnesota.

For what's being officially tabbed as "One Last Purple Game," the St. Paul Saints of the American Association of Independent Baseball league are paying tribute to the late musician by wearing stylish purple jerseys for Sunday's contest:

In true Prince-like fashion, the jerseys will also feature symbols on the back instead of traditional numbers:

The iconic artist died April 21 at his home in Minnesota. After his death, the Minnesota Twins also honored him by turning Target Field purple and changing the entire lineup's walk-up music to Prince tunes.
