Giants' Jarrett Parker: Not in Sunday's lineup

Parker is out of the lineup Sunday against the Rockies.

Analysis:

With Denard Span dealing with a bruised hip and Angel Pagan (hamstring) getting placed on the DL, Parker had managed to work his way into the starting lineup in four straight games. As the outfield gets closer to full strength, however, Parker will rest in favor of an outfield composed of Gregor Blanco (left), Span (center) and Hunter Pence (right).
