Dodgers' Yasiel Puig: Not in lineup Saturday

Puig is not in the lineup for Saturday's matchup with the Mets, Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Analysis:

Puig will simply get the day off, and be replaced in the lineup by Trayce Thompson. He has recorded a hit in eight of the last nine games he has started, and is 6-for-17 in his last five. He will likely return to the lineup Sunday and look to stay hot.
