New York Mets slugger Yoenis Cespedes doesn't need to be a Gold Glover to play center fielder. Not with an arm like that.

Cespedes, whose defensive reads in center have drawn the attention of critics, unleashed an absurd throw during the fifth inning of Tuesday's game against the Dodgers to nail Adrian Gonzalez at second base.

The throw, played to perfection after bouncing off the deepest part of the center-field wall, reached a top speed of 91.1 mph and covered an impressive 232 feet, according to MLB StatCast.
