Analysis:

Since Gentry hasn't appeared in a game since April 25, he'll be eligible to come off the DL as soon as May 10 if his back shows enough improvement. Gentry had been working on the small side of a platoon with Rafael Ortega in left field prior to his injury, so those duties will now likely fall to Shane Robinson, whose contract was purchased from Triple-A Salt Lake in a corresponding move.
