Iglesias felt a "pinch" in his right shoulder Friday and is uncertain for Sunday's start in Pittsburgh, the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Analysis:

The right-hander was scheduled for an evaluation Saturday, but the results have not yet been disclosed. Tim Adleman was scratched from his scheduled start with the Reds' Triple-A Louisville affiliate in case he's needed in place of Iglesias on Sunday. Iglesias' average fastball velocity has been down in the early going this season, but this is the first word of any sort of ailment.
