The 2015 calendar year has provided soccer fans with some great goal celebrations, as iconic players around the world delighted supporters with unique and timely jollification.

Here are the top 10 goal celebrations of 2015, in no particular order. They're all particularly awesome:

Francesco Totti's selfie surprise

We'll kick things off with Roma captain Francesco Totti, who is a legend, of that there is no doubt. Photographers on the sidelines simply can't capture his majesty. Thus, Totti took it upon himself to immortalize an equalizing goal against Lazio by grabbing a phone and taking a selfie.

It was almost perfect, if not for the slight duck face - shame!

Ajax kids mimic Cristiano Ronaldo

Check out these young Ajax academy kids, who mimicked Real Madrid icon Cristiano Ronaldo's jump-and-flex celebration collectively after each and every goal:

Too cute.

The heroes Dortmund needs ... and deserves

Riddle me this: what do you get when you take a pair of Borussia Dortmund players like Marco Reus and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and add a pair of black masks?

You get this awesome Batman and Robin-inspired goal celebration!

It was madness at the Westfalenstadion as the two donned Batman costumes and celebrated a 3-2 derby win over Schalke. What a pair of jokers!

Alvaro Morata tells Inter to deal with it

Cool as you like, Juventus forward Alvaro Morata donned a pair of black shades after scoring a deflected goal against Inter Milan back in May. It proved to be the game-winning goal, but Morata wasn't issuing any apologies to the Inter faithful - they just had to deal with it.

Kei Kamara's Columbus Crew throwback

In 2015, the Columbus Crew changed their logo from three anonymous construction workers to a new circular badge. While the workers were lost, they certainly weren't forgotten, as Kei Kamara and two Crew employees capped off a goal with yellow hard hats in a 2-0 win over Toronto FC.

Wayne Rooney's knockout punch

When Manchester United forward Wayne Rooney scored against Tottenham back in March, he ran over to the corner, mimed throwing a few punches, then leaned back as if he were knocked out.

It was a nod to a leaked video of Rooney fighting with Stoke City defender Phil Bardsley with boxing gloves in Rooney's kitchen. Rooney took a hit and dropped to the ground - he made fun of the incident in his next match.

Rooney swore off any chance of repeating the celebration, though, since his son Kai was caught mimicking his father while in class.

Nae Neymar

Barcelona forward Neymar has never been a stranger to a good dance celebration, and he kept with the times when he danced the Nae Nae during a 5-1 win over Rayo Vallecano in October.

Bonucci bumps his head

Not every goal celebration can be awesome, something Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci learned the hard way when he stumbled over the boards and took a hard bump while celebrating a goal against AC Milan.

Ouch!

Zlatan Ibrahimovic gives nod to the hungry

Paris Saint-Germain forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic took a yellow card for removing his shirt, but the big Swede did so for good reason - he had painted his body in temporary tattoos with the names of people from around the world suffering from hunger.

It was part of a UN initiative, but PSG manager Laurent Blanc wasn't too pleased with Zlatan after the match.

Mariano Gorosito heads to the ER

Let's wrap things up in South America, where forward Mariano Gorosito of Argentine third-division side Club Lujan scored a goal against Club Atletico Argentino, then ran over and jumped inside an ambulance nearby to celebrate.
