Neymar and Rafinha will have the chance to feature for Barcelona after manager Jose Enrique named the two Brazilians to his 18-man squad ahead of Sunday's encounter with Valencia.
Both were forced to miss last weekend's loss to Deportivo, as Neymar was ruled out because of an adductor issue, while Rafinha battled the flu.
Jeremy Mathieu has also been declared fit to play but was left off the squad, as were Jordi Masip and Arda Turan.
Last week's loss was Barca's first in the league since falling to Celta Vigo on Oct. 2, as Enrique's men look to cut into Real Madrid's five-point lead atop the standings against a Valencia outfit that sits in the bottom-half of the table.
