Yohan Cabaye has been excluded from Alan Pardew's team sheet after suffering an unspecified injury ahead of Saturday's clash with Stoke City.
Crystal Palace announced that the midfielder failed a late fitness test and that Joe Ledley will replace him in the starting team.
Cabaye was left behind in London, where he will likely receive treatment, while the team travels north to Stoke. Mile Jedinak also failed to make the trip as he continues to work his way back from an ankle injury.
Since arriving at Selhurst Park from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, Cabaye has scored five goals in 16 Premier League appearances.
