Angel Di Maria leaves match vs. Hull City with apparent injury
Paul Currie / Reuters
Hull City needs a victory in today's match against Manchester United to have any hope of avoiding relegation, and they just received a boost in that endeavor.
Or, depending on your view of the situation, this could do more harm than good for the Tigers.
United midfielder Angel Di Maria, who was being hailed as the signing of the season early in the year following his move from Real Madrid - before fading terribly in the second half of the campaign - was forced to leave Sunday's contest in the 23rd minute with an undisclosed injury.
Are United now more dangerous without the Argentine? Time will tell.
