Lewis Hamilton: Wins Sao Paulo Grand Prix

Hamilton won the Sao Paulo Grand Prix after a sensational battle with his rival Max Verstappen in an absolutely enthralling return to Brazil for F1. Verstappen finished runner-up ahead of pole-sitter Valtteri Bottas, Formula1.com reports.

Analysis:

Hamilton would charge from P10 on the starting grid to carve his way through the field. By lap 48 he was bearing down on leader Max Verstappen. The Red Bull Racing star would put up a furious defense, but eventually Hamilton would get around Verstappen for the lead on lap 59. That would prove to be the race-winning pass. Hamilton would cruise to the 10+ second victory, his sixth of the season.
