Martin Truex Jr.: Wins Instacart 500

Truex, Jr. won the Instacart 500 at Phoenix Raceway Sunday afternoon.

Analysis:

The Joe Gibbs Racing star rose late and took the lead from Joey Logano with 25 laps to go. From there, Truex would cruise to a 1.69-second victory over the Penske Racing star. The win was his first of the season and snapped a 29-race winless streak for Truex and the No. 19 Toyota team. It was also his first-career Phoenix Raceway victory.
