Alexander Rossi: Third at Mid-Ohio
Rossi finished third in the Honda Indy 200 Race 1 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course Saturday afternoon.
Analysis:
After some recent tough luck, the Andretti Autosport driver turned in an impressive performance at the Ohio road course. Rossi rolled off sixth on the grid after a good qualifying effort. He would battle in the Top 10 all race, but make his biggest moves late in the event. Rossi would eventually get around Ryan Hunter-Reay and settle into third-place for the closing laps. It was his best finish of the season and just his second podium of 2020.
