Chris Buescher: FIfth-Place at Daytona
Buescher finished fifth in the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway Saturday night.
Analysis:
The driver of the No. 37 Chevrolet kept his superspeedway record in tip top shape after Saturday's wild race in Daytona. Buescher rolled off 25th on the starting grid and raced in the Top 20 for most of the evening. He would skate through the "big one" on lap 55, and that would be the key to his entire evening. Buescher would restart on the third row for the final restart, and he'd give a race-winning push to Erik Jones. The JTG Daugherty Racing driver would be rewarded with the fifth-place finish, which equaled his Daytona 500 finish earlier this season. It was Buescher's second Top 5 of the season.
