Denny Hamlin: Third at Richmond

Hamlin finished third in the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway Saturday night.

Analysis:

Hamlin would stage a great comeback rally at Richmond Saturday night. He'd fall behind due to complications on pit road early in the race. The No. 11 JGR team would keep digging, and Hamlin would keep moving forward. He would eventually lead just 6 laps later in the race, but he'd be at the front at the end to challenge for the win. Hamlin would fall short of teammate, Kyle Busch, but he'd claim his fourth Top-5 finish of the season.
