Tony Stewart: Settles Wrongful-Death Suit

Five weeks before trial, Stewart and the parents of Kevin Ward Jr. have agreed to settle the wrongful-death lawsuit against the three-time NASCAR Cup champion, Bob Pockrass of ESPN reports.

Stewart has reached an agreement with the family of Ward Jr. in their wrongful death civil suit against the former NASCAR champion.
