Elliott finished fourth in the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway Sunday afternoon.

The Hendrick Motorsports star continued his Chase hot streak. Elliott raced inside the Top 10 all afternoon in this 400-mile battle. The No. 24 Chevrolet was strong and it kept Elliott in good track position all day. He didn't have the speed to challenge for the lead, but he consolidated his grip on Top-5 spot and finished there at the wave of the checkered flag. It was Elliott's 10th Top 5 of the season, and he advances to the Round of 8 in the Chase.
