Erik Jones: Leads Xfinity Happy Hour at Kansas

Jones was fastest in Happy Hour practice for the Kansas Lottery 300 Xfinity Series race at Kansas Speedway Friday afternoon. He turned a fast lap of 177.189 mph.

Analysis:

The driver of the No. 20 Toyota picked up some speed in final practice at Kansas. Jones bolted to the top of the scoring pylon with a pretty strong lap. He beat out Ryan Blaney for the fastest lap of the session. Jones will challenge the Top 5 in Saturday's Kansas Lottery 300.
