VIDEO: Leroy Fer smashes home thunderous volley in Dutch training

Queens Park Rangers, and its supporters, will be hoping this smashing volley from midfielder Leroy Fer is a sign of things to come.
Away on international duty with the Netherlands, the 24-year-old - signed this summer from Norwich - showed a glimpse of his attacking potential during a recent training session with the Dutch squad, blasting home a perfectly-struck volley that came dangerously close to decapitating his poor goalkeeper.
Fer, yet to score in three matches with his new club, will hope to replicate that stunner this weekend on the grandest stage of them all in the Premier League, as QPR travel to Old Trafford for a date with Manchester United on Sunday.
