Manchester City is reportedly close to its fourth significant signing of the Pep Guardiola era with plans of announcing a move for Brazilian forward Gabriel Jesus in the coming days.

With Nolito, Ilkay Gundogan, and Oleksandr Zinchenko already learning the lyrics to "Blue Moon," Jesus could be close to completing a barbershop quartet of new faces.

The highly touted 19-year-old Palmeiras striker has been poised for a move to Europe after emerging as a prodigious talent in Brazil's top flight and has been recently linked with a move to the Etihad, according to a report from ESPN FC.

With City reportedly expected to table a €32-million bid for Jesus, it's anticipated that the player will stay on loan in Brazil for the season as Sergio Aguero, Kelechi Iheanacho, and Wilfried Bony share the striker duties at City for the 2016-17 campaign.

Palmeiras manager Cuca has already told a presser that Jesus has been in conversation with City manager Guardiola ahead of the striker's participation in Brazil's Olympic campaign that starts against South Africa on Aug. 4. He was slated to participate in the country's dismal Copa America Centenario campaign, but those plans were nixed because of visa issues.

Jesus was awarded Best Newcomer in the Brazilian top flight this year and has scored 26 goals in 67 games for his hometown club.
