Rules and regulations
The draw, set to be staged - as it always is - in Nyon, Switzerland, will pit the eight group winners against the eight second-place sides in respective two-legged ties.
As is the case every season, teams who played in the same group cannot be drawn against one another. The same is true of clubs from the same country, which immediately makes some of the tastier potential matchups clear for the next round of the competition.
Real Madrid versus Juventus, perhaps? Could Barcelona meet Arsenal once more? Only a few more sleeps until we find out, friends. In the meantime, let your mind run wild with the possibilities.
