Thibaut Courtois: To return against Bournemouth or Porto

Courtois (knee) will return to the starting XI against either Bournemouth on Saturday or in Chelsea's mid-week Champions League tie against FC Porto. "I haven't told them [Courtois and Asmir Begovic] who is starting, they must be the ones to know but he is selected in the group. I have to make a decision but clearly sooner or later he will be number one, so if he doesn't play against Bournemouth he will play against Porto," manager Jose Mourinho said.

Analysis:

Courtois has missed "something like 19 matches in all competitions" for the Blues and his absence has been sorely felt in Chelsea's position in the table. His return would be a massive boon to the team's backline as his skill is able to wipe out mistakes made by the back four. His return would relegate Asmir Begovic to the bench.
