MARSEILLE- Marseille's star striker Andre-Pierre Gignac said Tuesday he was considering a move away from the Ligue 1 leaders at the end of the season.

"I think I'll leave at the end of the season," Gignac told the Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I'd like to know if (coach Marcelo) Bielsa will stay. But I'm looking for a high level challenge. I'll examine all proposals carefully."

Gignac, 28, who will be out of contract with Marseille at the end of the season, is currently one of the club's biggest earners with a monthly salary of 300,000 euros ($374,000).

He is currently the joint top scorer in Ligue 1 with 11 goals this season, and has earned a recall to the France team with Arsenal's Olivier Giroud just returning from injury.
