GIF: Messi heads Barcelona into lead after error from Ajax 'keeper Cillessen
It took 36 minutes for Lionel Messi to score against Ajax on Wednesday and draw level with Cristiano Ronaldo as the Champions League's second top all-time scorer.
After Ajax 'keeper Jasper Cillessen inexplicably wandered away from goal and failed to catch a bouncing ball, Marc Bartra capitalized on the mistake and crossed the ball over to Messi, who had no trouble heading the Catalan club into the lead.
