Manchester City's Claudio Bravo: Concedes one in City debut
Bravo made one save in his City debut and conceded once in Saturday's 2-1 victory over Manchester United
Analysis:
After an opening 40 minutes that showed the quality and class of Manchester City, a poor decision by Bravo to come out and challenge for a ball with John Stones already there in cover. After the misplay, Zlatan Ibrahimovic struck a tremendous volley into the keeper-less net to shrink the deficit. While manager Pep Guardiola wanted a ball-playing keeper-shipping Joe Hart out in the process-Bravo seemed to take that message to heart a bit too much as he almost conceded a penalty after a poor touch led to a studs-up challenge on Wayne Rooney. Bravo will need to improve as City's Champions League campaign begins in earnest this week against Borussia Monchengladbach.
