Roughriders host 2nd-place seeking Redblacks on Saturday
The Saskatchewan Roughriders' nightmare season continues Saturday night in Regina, when they'll host the Ottawa Redblacks.
Saskatchewan's won only once in 11 games, sit in last in the West Division, and have allowed a league-worst 335 points. The Redblacks, meanwhile, are 6-4 and have won two in a row. They'll take sole possession of second place in the East with a win.
Redblacks quarterback Henry Burris is still going strong at 40, and is coming off his fourth 300-yard passing game of the season. He's fourth in the league in passing yards with 2,821, and has thrown 10 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
Roughriders running back Jerome Messam has been a light in a dark season, and sits second in the league in rushing yards with 612.
Kickoff is at 9 p.m. ET.
