Toronto Argonauts kicker Swayze Waters took home the award for Most Outstanding Special Teams Player on Thursday.
Waters led the league in kicking points with 184 and field goals with 47, while also averaging a league-high 47.7 yards per punt. He is the first player to lead the CFL in all three categories since Lui Passaglia in 1983.
Waters, who made over 90 percent of his field goal attempts, also kicked the longest field goal of the year when he booted a 53-yard score in Week 13. He beat West Division nominee Lirim Hajrullahu for the award.
