Eskimos say kicker Grant Shaw suffers season-ending chest injury

EDMONTON - Grant Shaw's season is over.
The Edmonton Eskimos announced Sunday the kicker-punter suffered a season-ending torn pectoral muscle in the club's 28-13 loss Monday to the Calgary Stampeders.
The Eskimos said Shaw underwent successful surgery and is expected to make a full recovery.
The six-foot-three, 225-pound Edmonton native is in his fifth CFL season, third with the Eskimos.
Shaw made 23-of-27 field goal attempts this season and averaged 44.0 yards per punt and 62.3 yards on kickoffs.
